Making a referral

The Church Street Project is a small service specialising in supporting young people when other lines of support are unavailable or perhaps unsuccessful.

Referrals are only undertaken once it is established we are the right organisation to work with that child. We discuss with the referrer the needs of that child and then send the referral form to be completed by the school, parent or organisation making the referral. Parent/Carer consent will need to be given before sessions can start; a consent form accompanies the referral form.
